Mr. Gilles Frôté, born in 1980, joined Frôté & Partner after nearly three years of activity with the Credit Suisse in Solothurn and Zurich. In this capacity, he conducted major transactions in the area of mergers and acquisitions, as well as company financing, at both Swiss and international level.
His command of languages – French, German, English – and his experience in finance and company consultancy enable him to offer dedicated services for both regional and international companies and contractors, in the areas of commercial and contractual law, mergers and acquisitions, and in handling financing and inheritance matters.
